Answer: No, After configuring ApptBox it works to automatically make your calls.

Question: Does ApptBox Service allow our patient to confirm their appointment?
Answer: Yes we ask the patients to confirm, cancel, or reschedule their appointment and this is collected via a touch tone from the patient telephone handset.

Question: Does Apptbox record the information in our scheduling software?
Answer: Yes for many of the practice management software we interact with we record the status in your system. No new training necessary.

Question: How long does it take to setup ApptBox Service?
Answer:
Average time is 15 to 30 Minutes.
