Answer No, After configuring ApptBox it works to automatically make your calls.
Question Does ApptBox Service allow our patient to confirm their appointment?
Answer Yes we ask the patients to confirm, cancel, or reschedule their appointment and this is collected via a touch tone from the patient telephone handset.
Question Does Apptbox record the information in our scheduling software?
Answer Yes for many of the practice management software we interact with we record the status in your system. No new training necessary.
Question How long does it take to setup ApptBox Service?
Answer Average time is 15 to 30 Minutes.
